Who This Work Is For

Most people I work with are capable professionals who know more is possible.

They may be stepping into a bigger role, navigating a difficult situation at work, considering a change in direction, or recognising that how they’ve been operating no longer fits who they are now.

Often they are performing well on paper but feel held back by something less visible — overthinking decisions, underplaying their contribution, struggling with boundaries, or reacting under pressure in ways they later question.

This work helps you step back, think clearly about what’s actually happening, and move forward with greater confidence and intention.

How I work

Our work is thoughtful, direct and practical.

We begin by slowing things down slightly. From there we look closely at what’s happening — the patterns, assumptions and reactions shaping how you’re responding to your situation.

A key shift many clients experience is moving from reacting automatically under pressure to responding with greater clarity and intention.

I draw on professional coaching training, my experience working in high-pressure environments, and long-term mindfulness practice. I also use practical tools such as job crafting, celebrating wins, odyssey planning and the Empowerment Dynamic framework.

The aim is not to tell you what to do. It is to help you see more clearly, trust your judgement and take action in a way that feels grounded and sustainable.

This isn’t CV writing, interview preparation or tactical job-search support. Those are valuable services, but they’re not what I offer.

This work focuses on the thinking, confidence and decision-making that sit beneath those practical steps. It suits people who are open to reflection and want lasting change rather than quick fixes.

Ways of working

I offer one-to-one coaching sessions of 60 minutes, online or in person in London.

Most clients work with me over a series of sessions. This allows time to think properly, apply practical tools, and build real momentum between conversations.
