Daniel Hill
Build confidence from the inside out as you navigate pressure, uncertainty and change.

I’m an ICF-accredited coach and work with the UK National Health Service Leadership Academy — but my approach goes beyond traditional career coaching. It’s grounded in mindfulness, self-compassion, and inner empowerment, rather than quick fixes or surface-level strategies.

My work is relationship-led and reflective. We work with what matters, at a pace that allows for real insight rather than rushed solutions — so you can think more clearly and reconnect with your own judgment.

Over 30 years of daily meditation practice, professional coaching training, and real-world experience — from journalism and nursing to supporting people in crisis. The tools I use aren’t theoretical; they’re practices that help when life is genuinely hard.

Sustainable confidence doesn’t come from having everything figured out; it comes from knowing you can meet whatever comes next. This work supports you to find your own way forward — with greater clarity and self-kindness.
I decided to pursue professional coaching at a key point in my leadership role.
I carefully reviewed a number of coaches before choosing Danny — and I’m so glad I did.
Danny is intuitive, focused, and forward-thinking.
I leave every session feeling energised, calm, and clear on the next steps I need to take.— Nicky, Senior Manager, NHS UK
I work one-to-one with thoughtful professionals navigating pressure, transition and change.
Our work is reflective, practical and focused. We slow things down, look clearly at what’s happening, and identify the patterns shaping your decisions and confidence. From there, we focus on what matters most — building clarity, strengthening self-trust, and helping you move forward with steadiness.
Sessions are 60 minutes, online or in person in London. We begin by taking a moment to arrive properly, then explore what’s present — patterns, assumptions, emotions, and choices — towards greater clarity and agency. The aim is not to tell you what to do, but to help you think more clearly and move forward in a way that feels grounded and sustainable.
Often a steadier sense of where they stand, greater confidence in their own thinking, and more room to respond rather than react. Even when circumstances don’t change immediately, choices tend to feel less pressured and situations more navigable. Over time, the work often moves towards clarity, confidence, and a renewed sense of aliveness in life and work.
We begin with a free, 30-minute discovery call — a calm, no-pressure conversation to talk through what you’re facing and whether working together feels like a good fit. There’s no requirement to commit beyond what feels useful. Get in touch via the contact page to arrange an initial conversation.
